KOFI SMOKE AND BOSOM P YUNG EXPLAIN MEANING OF KRAKYE GENG

Kofi Smoke and Bosom P- Yung have collaborated to give back to society with a new song titled “Krakye Geng” and formed a group of the same name. Kofi Smoke has however stated that “Krakye Geng” is not a group, but just individual artistes coming together to form a collective and help each other.

Speaking to hosts of Joy Prime’s morning show, Jay Foley and Emefa Adeti, Kweku explained; “KRAKYE GENG, BU BELT…Doesn’t necessarily mean wear your belt but then, Be responsible, that’s what it’s all about and giving back to the people… everyone can be a part of it”.

The duo, who recently performed together at 3music’s virtual concert last month, seem to be establishing themselves as the faces of the new school. Speaking on the new trend of virtual concerts to circumvent covid-19 restrictions, Bosom P-Yung also declared his love for virtual music performances;

“I like it…it’s like the bathroom experience…no one is there just you and your mirror, the virtual performance takes me to that place, so I just imagine it and I really like it” he stated.
